Unique Floor Supply is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join our Brooklyn team.

You’ll play an important role in our day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records within our ERP system.

We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work—from processing invoices and payments to resolving discrepancies and keeping accounts accurate and up to date.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important part of our operation and grow into a larger accounting role as UFS continues to expand.

Unique Floor Supply is looking for a hands-on Purchasing & Inventory Manager to take ownership of purchasing and inventory across our Brooklyn and Queens locations.

You’ll manage purchasing, stock levels, replenishment, transfers, and inventory accuracy while working closely with our sales, warehouse, and accounting teams.

We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who sees what needs to be done and takes ownership. Experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus.

Job Summary

Join Unique Floor Supply in Brooklyn and help keep our warehouse and deliveries running smoothly. You’ll operate a forklift, unload incoming materials, prepare and load orders, check inventory, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. You’ll also assist our drivers with deliveries two to three times per week; no driving is required.

Employment Type: Part-time, 24 hours per week to start, with the potential to transition to full-time after the first few weeks based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $21–$25 per hour, based on relevant experience.

Schedule: Part-time shifts scheduled within Monday–Saturday, 6 a.m.–4 p.m.; typical shift hours are 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
