- Dual-Purpose: Works as both a high-strength flexible adhesive and an elastic joint sealant.

- Cure Rate: Cures at about 3–4 mm per 24 hours at standard room temperature (23°C / 50% relative humidity), with a full cure taking around 7 to 28 days depending on depth and humidity.
